Using the Repeat Prescription Form

This service is for ordering of medications your doctor has prescribed on a regular basis.

Please note that we issue a 28 supply for most medications. If you need an additional supply for example, you are on holiday please leave us details using the repeat prescriptions comments box.

Please ask about our forward planning service to avoid having to order medications you are having regularly.

Using the Repeat Prescription form:

Register:
You are not obliged to log into our system, but doing so will allow you to save time prefilling your details each time you use the form. To Register click here, then fill in the required fields and click the 'Create User' button. Once this is complete the system will redirect you to the repeat prescription form to fill in as usual.

Login:
Once you have registered, you can go directly to the repeat prescription page and click the login link in the first paragraph. This will bring up the login area. Once logged in your personal credentials will be pre-populated on the repeat prescription form. All you have to do then is fill in your medicine requirements and click the 'Submit Button'.

Forgotten Password:
If you have forgetten your password go directly to the repeat prescription page and click the forgotten password link in the first paragraph. Type your email and click 'Remind Me' this will send an email to your registered email address.
