Primary Care Network

Edlesborough and PItstone Surgery is part of the North Bucks Primary care Network – This is a collection of 5 local practices who work together. Being part of this primary care network enables us to access funding for staff to improve patient care and to ensure we use our medical staff to help patients directly.

We have a Pharmacy technician – a Nursing Associate – 2 GP assistants (non medically qualified staff whose role is literally to assist the GPs) and 3 care co ordinators who will help direct and refer patients to local resources and improve uptake of routine monitoring
