Closure of the COVID Pass service
The NHS COVID Pass service will close on Monday 4 December and be unavailable to patients after this date.
There are no longer any domestic requirements to demonstrate vaccination status, and no countries require proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of entry.
Patients can see their COVID-19 vaccination information in their GP health record in the NHS App.

FLU VACCINE UPDATE (6th November 2023)
If you are over 65 years or under 65 years with particular health conditions (such as asthma, diabetes, obesity, liver or kidney disease, are a carer… to name a few!) please book in with our practice nurses as soon as possible.
If you can, please have your vaccinations at the surgery as we have HUGE stock which will otherwise be wasted and money that we otherwise invest in patient care is down the drain. Our doctors and nurses can also check if you are eligible for additional vaccinations such as shingles and pneumonia vaccine
