From Monday 15-Jul-2024 it will not be possible to book appointments directly with the surgery it will be necessary to create a Total Triage request: https://florey.accurx.com/p/K82079. WEB, SmartPhone, Tablet, and NHS APP access is limited throughout the day and the landing webpage will indicate whether requests can be created.

Extended Access
Our GPs also do extended hours surgeries early mornings late evenings and some Saturday mornings. If you would like one of these appointments please include this detail in your Total Triage request
Disabled Access
Most consulting rooms are downstairs. If you are booking a blood test please let us know if stairs are a problem for you.
Cancellations and Running Late
If you cannot attend, or are delayed for an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else and provide you with a new appointment.
