Flu Vaccine

Other than the above cohorts other patients eligible for flu vaccine are those who suffer from:
- Heart, Respiratory, Liver & Neurological Diseases & Diabetes
- COPD or severe Asthma
- Lowered immunity
- Carers (in receipt of carer’s allowance)
- All pregnant ladies
- Household contacts of immunocompromised patients are eligible this year due to covid 19 (immunocompromised patients were often those who were shielding)
- All children aged 2 & 3 years (as of 31.8.21) at GP surgery
- Other eligible school aged children will be vaccinated at school
- All housebound patients will be contacted by the surgery
