We are now able to offer online access to all registered patients.
We strongly recommend that if you can you access online services via the NHS APP – this is available on Ios and android- it is quick and simple to set up – please click NHS app You can verify your identity via the NHS APP too – if you have your NHS number to hand it helps- you will find this on any hospital letter.

Once you have registered on the NHS app, please create an Administration Triage requesting access to your information – you may be asked for your Identity Documents before access is granted. You will then have access to your records which will include medical history, medications – where you can order your repeat medication if necessary, test results and immunisation history, etc..
Children
Parents/ guardians can access these services freely for children under the age of 11 years. Once the child becomes 11 this will be removed and we must have their specific permission to allow continued parental access.
When the child attains the age of 16 they must re register themselves.
